2. Palau Dalmases

Take a trip back in time at Palau Dalmases. Inside the courtyard is a stunning bar housed in a historic palace that has been restored to its former glory. This place exudes elegance and sophistication with its ornate decor and Flamenco performances. It's a great spot for a classy drink on your night out with friends!

3. Etniko 

If you're looking for a trendy spot with a laid-back vibe, Etniko is the place to be. This bar is known for its creative cocktails, and it's tikki style vibe. The menu features a mix of classic and experimental drinks, so you can try something new or stick with your old favourites. Everyone want's to drink Sangria when they come to Spain.

Not Everyone knows that Sangria can be made with Red Wine or Cava - fizzy white wine. Ethniko is famous for it's white sangria, and it's delicious... so naturally it features on the tipsy tour! (pictured above).

4. Bobby Gin 

Gin lovers, rejoice! Bobby Gin is a cozy bar that specializes in this classic spirit. The bartenders here are experts at mixing up creative gin-based cocktails, so you can try something new or stick with a classic G&T.

The decor is retro and stylish, with vintage posters and cozy seating. It's a great spot for a low-key night out with friends.

5. Paradiso

Next up is Paradiso, a speakeasy-style bar that's hidden behind a secret door in a pastrami sandwich shop. Yes, you read that right! Once you find your way inside, you'll be treated to a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere, with plush seating and dim lighting.

The cocktail menu is extensive and creative, with a mix of classic and experimental drinks.

6. Ocaña

Next up, we have Ocaña, a bar that's all about art, culture, and creativity. It's definitely not for everyone, but if you're looking for a unique experience, Bar Marsella is worth a visit.

9. Sky Bar 

Sky Bar on top of Hotel Raval Barcelona is a stunning rooftop bar that offers breathtaking views of the city. With its modern decor, comfortable seating, and fantastic drinks, Sky Bar is the perfect spot to relax and take in the sights of Barcelona. 10. El Sortidors del Parlament 

Want to eat, drink and have fun? Els Sortidors del Parlament offers all three of these options.

Situated in the trendy Sant Antoni district, its wine range is unmatched, and the owners take special pride in their incredible variety of Catalan wines. 

11. Collage

If you're looking for a chilled, cozy environment in the middle of the Born neighbourhood, Collage Cocktail Bar is the place for you.

Collage specializes in mixology, and their forte is rum, of which they stock varieties from all around the world. Given the quality, drinks are remarkably cheap (€10-11 per cocktail), and Collage's friendly English-speaking bartenders are always happy to advise you on the best cocktail for you.

12. Mudanzas

Bar Mudanzas is by far the best bar for live music in the El Born neighbourhood. Although in a bit of a touristy area, this classic cocktail bar has a cool speakeasy vibe and specialises in live jazz music most nights of the week. 

Its cocktail menu is carefully curated, and should soon undergo an upgrade (so watch this space). You'll find that the bartenders are really helpful, however, and go out of their way to create the right cocktail for you.
