We provide your first drink at each location. If you want to drink more, you are welcome too! Just remember to pace yourself — there’s more where that came from! 

We suggest you stick to our Tipsy Tour formula. But if you'd rather swap your drink for something else, our team are able to cater for you. 

Good question! We get people of all ages on our Tipsy Tours, from their early 20s upwards. What everyone has in common is their love of meeting new people for drinks, adventure and fun!

Our Tipsy Tours usually accommodate between 10-15 travellers per group. Despite growing popularity, we have set a maximum number of 15 to keep your experience interactive, intimate and safe.

You'll receive a detailed description of the meeting point in your booking confirmation. For our Tipsy Tours, the locations are as follows:

Rome - Piazza Madonna dei Monti

Florence - Giardino Martin Lutero

Barcelona - Basílica de Santa Maria del Mar

London - 16 Wardour Street

Budapest - In front of the Budapest Eye ticket office

Lisbon - Rossio, Praça de Pedro IV

For other tours (food tours, walking tours), please check your confirmation voucher.

Our guides and hosts are professionally trained. For larger groups, we assign two members of staff per tour.

They can be! Just let us know before you book so we can guarantee you something suitable.

No. We strongly suggest you eat before you come. During the experience you might be able to peel away from the group to grab a quick bite to eat, but it’s best to eat before so you don't miss anything!

No. Our unique Tipsy Tours blends the best elements of storytelling, drink tasting, socialising and sightseeing. Many of our groups end up going onto bars and clubs after the tour though!

Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour is due to start. This allows time for everyone to get checked-in and enables the tour to start on time.

Yes, please bring a valid form of ID. It is the law to carry a form of ID with you at all times in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, and while you should leave your passport in the hotel, we suggest you carry around a copy.

Yes. All tours operate whatever the weather!

We ask that you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts. But if you are delayed, please call us as soon as possible and we will try to assist you.

Yes, we also offer private tours. Just send us an email at and we'll get back to you ASAP!

Please note that due to the menu we prepare during the class, we are unable to accommodate participants who have coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, and/or follow a vegan diet. We also cannot accommodate lactose intolerance as we use dairy products.
If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know in advance so we can figure out how to best accommodate your needs.

The best way is through our website. Simply pick a date and time that works for you, check our real-time availability and just click book! If you have any special requests or would like to organise something or a large party, we’re always happy to assist via email.

Please do not turn up at the meeting point without a booking. Our tours often fill up quickly and we cannot guarantee that there will be space left. 

We always try to accommodate last minute bookings, and can do so depending on our availability. If your preferred tour is not available it may have sold out, but don’t hesitate to get in touch via our live chat feature or contact us, as we may be able to offer an alternative tour or recommendation for you!

Yes, our website is completely secure and your credit card details are not saved on our systems.

You should receive an email with your confirmation voucher within minutes of booking your tour.

Please check your junk and spam folders just in case. If you can still not find anything, please contact our customer support team. 

You do not need to print your confirmation voucher and bring it with you. However, we do recommend bringing it with you (or saving it digitally to your phone) as it contains useful information and directions to your meeting point. 

You do not need to reconfirm your tour. Your booking will be confirmed instantly and your voucher is proof of this. You will receive an email with your voucher within minutes of booking.

To amend your booking, contact our customer support team via phone or email. If your tour was booked through a third party, please contact them to amend your booking.

Amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the tour. Any bookings made in the 24 hours before the tour start time might be amendable, but may incur a charge.

Of course! Please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist. This does of course depend on our availability.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before the tour start time.
